Healthy Cells, Healthy Immune System, Healthy Body

Our immune system was designed specifically to heal our bodies and keep them healthy. So why are so many failing these days?

There are many factors that cause our immune systems to function poorly - diet, lack of exercise, too much stress and how we handle it, pollutants and contaminants in the air and water, toxins in our food supply, body care and cleaning products among many other factors. But taking our health seriously doesn't have to be burdensome and confusing.

I don't know anyone who wants to be sick or die of disease but sadly that's what is happening to so many people. Death is a sure thing, but disease doesn't have to be.

If you're interested in strengthening your immune system allowing it to do its job, which is to heal your body, then go to Amazing Molecules . Find out how healthy cells make for a healthy body and then contact me!

Coconut oil is so versitile. It can be eaten, used on your hair and body and used to condition leather and wood.

Here are some ways you can incorporate coconut oil into your life.

INside the Body: Use it in recipes such as raw fudge or chocolate, smoothies, stir fry recipes or any recipe calling for butter or oil (it's stable at high temps so it doesn't cause free radicals, and it's a clear liquid at 76 degrees and a white solid above 76 degrees).

ON the body:
  • Condition your hair by heating to under 76 degrees to liquify and massage into hair. I read that coconut oil can actually prevent hair from graying. Does it really work? I don't know, try it and let us know!
  • Use it to control frizz - just a tiny drop rubbed into your palms and scrunched onto the ends of your hair will do the job. This works but less than a dab will do ya!
  • Massage onto any part of your body, including your face.
  • Use as moisturizer after shaving or after being out in the sun.
  • Use as a makeup remover on an organic cottonball.
Cleaning:
  • Condition leather furniture, coats, handbags, brief cases or anything leather with a clean soft rag and coconut oil.
  • Shine and condition wood furniture or frames or anything wood using a clean soft rag and coconut oil.
It's always a good idea to investigate the pros and cons of any natural product featured above and as the law says, check it out first with your medical practicioner.
